Workplace Health & Safety GuidelinesSanctuary Cove has a legal and moral obligation and is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all staff, contractors, guests and visitors. With this in mind, it is a requirement that all staff, contractors and associated workers ensure that, whilst within the Sanctuary Cove Resort precinct, they comply with the provisions of the Workplace Health & Safety Act 1995 , Electrical Safety Act 2002, Dangerous Goods Safety Management Act 2001 and all other supporting legislative requirements. Whilst it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the legislation, random inspections may be conducted by Sanctuary Cove’s Workplace Health & Safety Manager during construction phase, bump-in, Boat Show, bump-out and dismantling phase. Any issues identified during these inspections must be addressed immediately. Any incidents involving injury to workers or other persons must immediately be reported to Sanctuary Cove’s Workplace Health & Safety Manager and a full report (including copy of the investigation) be forwarded to Sanctuary Cove’s Workplace Health & Safety Manager within 48 hours of the incident. |
