Sanctuary Cove recognised for excellence and innovation

Sanctuary Cove was named among the best developments in Queensland at the Urban Development Institute of Australia Awards for 2011.

A finalist in the Masterplanned Development category, Sanctuary Cove was recognised for its transformation, driven by a multi‐million dollar investment program undertaken by Mulpha.

“This is an historic year for Sanctuary Cove as it marks the culmination of Mulpha’s investment which kicked off in 2008 so I am delighted that the company’s achievements have been recognised by the industry,” said Mulpha Sanctuary Cove Executive General Manager, Alison Quinn.

The UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence program is one of Queensland’s most respected and valued industry awards programs. The Awards have been developed by and for the development industry to recognise excellence and innovation.
